This Eastern Porcelain garlic is NOTHING like the garlic at the grocery store. It has so much flavor and the smell is incredible.

This is the first of our garlic harvest. Planted in April... the wait was long, but bloody hell if it is not worth it. The rest of the garlic still has some time to mature, but we will wait for those with eager anticipation.

This was our first time growing garlic and it is certainly not perfect. But that just makes me more excited for next year, when I get to try it all over again. We will see how much better it can get.
